YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of quarterly, monthly and annual financial statements
Responsibility for the correct booking of business transactions and the maintenance of financial accounting
Analyzing balance sheet data and preparing corresponding reports
Support with budgeting and forecasting processes
Continuous monitoring of accounting processes and ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations
Responsibility for payroll activities at the site
Support for the implementation of a new software
Contact person for internal and external stakeholders in relation to accounting
Assistance with Group-HR Agendas
YOUR PROFILE:
Superior studies, University degree in Finance or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience
Profound knowledge of Office programs (especially Excel)
Initial experience in the implementation of new software in the field of accounting or working with an ERP System is a benefit
Fluent in Spanish and English; German is an asset
Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
