YOUR VERSATILE ROLE:
- Leading, developing, and managing the quality control team, including personnel capacity planning and performance management
- Designing, implementing, and continuously improving quality control processes and standards
- Ensuring the approval and release of raw materials, input materials, and production orders
- Overseeing complaint management, corrective measures, and quality reporting within the group
- Key interface role between quality control, production, supply chain, customer service, and sales
- Supporting production in resolving quality issues and non-conforming batches
- Training, coaching, and developing employees and apprentices in quality control, including international teams
- Managing and ensuring compliance with control plans, documentation, and quality systems
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives and bringing innovative proposals
- Actively promoting a strong culture of quality, safety, and hygiene in the workplace through proactive leadership
- Active participation in cross-functional and group projects
- Taking responsibility, a proactive approach, and the ability to think beyond immediate duties
Your profile:
- High willingness to learn and strong initiative
- Several years of experience in employee development and management
- Completed technical vocational training or university degree (university/technical college) in plastics technology
- Professional experience in coloristics and/or plastics technology is an advantage
- Knowledge of key processing methods in the plastics industry
- Very good knowledge of Hungarian and English at a business level; international experience is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for international and interdisciplinary cooperation
