A LEGFŐBB FELELŐSSÉGI KÖREID:

  • Conscious, proactive leadership and management of the multicultural local production team (~100 workers)
  • Establishing a management an communication structure in an existing production process
  • Ensuring planned contract production in accordance with quality and time specifications
  • Developing and implementing optimization measures to increase efficiency or quality
  • Continuous specification, control, and improvement of production processes
  • Coordination and cooperation with all departments involved in the production chain
  • Organization and control of regular maintenance work on the systems
  • Hands-on mentality and Immediate handling as well reporting of critical events (production downtime, system defects, etc.)
  • Participation in the planning of the budget, as well as being responsible for adherence to it and regular reporting to management.
  • Creating deployment plans, selecting new employees, determining training measures in coordination with HR
  • Constantly expanding knowledge and monitoring new developments
  • Standardization and feedback loops for KPIs based on group-wide specifications
  • Creating the conditions for a safe and respectful working environment including preparing Health & Safety Training, compliance with specifications, ISO Certification

A TE PROFILOD:

  • High level of motivation to learn and proactivity
  • Completed school education or university/technical college degree in plastics engineering
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing company
  • Business fluent in English, German language skills as well international experience are an advantage
  • Enthusiasm for international and cross-departmental work
  • Experience in project and lean management is an advantage.
